Job Title: Customer Support Executive

About the role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective assistance with their HRMS software needs. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kick start their careers in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Proactively identify and address potential customer issues.

Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs.

Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Learn and stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of our HRMS software.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Fresher welcome
Note - Local candidate from Surat has first preference.

Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in a related field like Business Administration, IT, or Human Resources).

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in [List required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Gujarati].
